The Investigations Section of the Englewood Police Department has created this form to allow you to submit information to us. If you have information about a specific crime or a problem you would like to make known to us, please use this form to contact an investigator or phone us at 937-836-1194. This form is not intended to be used to report emergencies or crimes in progress. Please dial 9-1-1 in those cases.
